This is what I always say as well. Don’t get paralyzed by the overwhelming number of diet plans available, simply find one that matches your personality and lifestyle. Since research has found that it is not starting a diet that is difficult it is STAYING on a diet that presents problems it only makes sense to find a diet that you can live with for the rest of your life. Don’t settle for something you will eventually drop anyway.
