
Sports Illustrated swimsuit model, Bar Rafaeli, does not boast any sort of diet plan, other than “eating right.” So we will dive right into her exercise plan. She said her main form of exercise is riding horses and taking care of them afterwords. She burns up to 400 calories an hour while toning her core, creating excellent posture (which actually helps you look thinner) as well as working the back, thighs, calves, and abs. She gets the benefit of working her arms, shoulders and back while working in the horse stables. Other than working with her horses, she also works with a trainer doing martial arts and Krav Maga, which is an Israeli form of hand-to-hand combat.
