Kimora Lee Simons is looking slimmer these days and admits to dieting and working to lose 30 pounds. She says she always feels beautiful no matter what size she is.

The former model gave birth two years ago to a baby boy, Djimon Hounsou. Simons took the natural weight loss route and took her time about it.

She chose to begin trying to lose the weight when Kenzo turned 1. Simons said she did not feel pressured to lose the weight like actresses do. She told sources of losing weight, “I’m not bothered about it. I don’t live my life with that pressure. I’m a mother, a wife, a businesswoman. I’m not an actress, so I don’t have that life where I have to be on stage.”

She went on to say, “I have a TV show, I’m into production and I develop businesses. I don’t feel I have to be a size 2. I’m beautiful. When I was pregnant I was probably like a 10 1/2, but I don’t really know.”

Simons is now a size 6, and says she felt just as beautiful then as she is now. She cut out bad foods and became more active in order to lose the weight, which is why it took a year.

“I do very easy things. Running after a 1 year old really will do it, and I have three kids. I do a little cardio every day, and it doesn’t have to be on a machine. I sometimes take a walk,” she says. “I try to do it for a minimum of 30 minutes a day.”

She adds, “I stopped eating junk food, like chips and candy. It’s about timing, portion control and eating healthy foods that fill you up.”

Drew Carey told sources that he lost over 80 pounds so far, in hopes of reaching his 92 pound self-imposed October 31 deadline. The star is down from 262 pounds to 170 pounds.

Carey now eats right and exercise and says he is now off of his medication for type 2 diabetes. He says he is having an easier time keeping up with his fiance, Nicole Jaracz’s 5 year old son. It was Connor who gave him the incentive to lose the weight.

Carey told sources, “I couldn’t keep up with him”. The comedian says he was sweating and breathless after just a few minutes of playing. “I’d be like, ‘Connor, I can’t,’ and he’d say, ‘C’mon, Dad!’ That was a terrible feeling. I thought, I’m never going to see him graduate high school.”

Carey’s father died before he turned 50.

In June, he went to Africa on vacation and carried Connor on his shoulders without breaking a sweat. “The Price Is Right” host is healthier and stronger now. In fact, he tweeted from the finish of a race on August 15, “Just ran my first 10K in almost 25 years. Sub-60. Then I had my first ice cream since January. ”

Carey also had an entire pizza and a cupcake. Reportedly, he ate another pizza the next day, which left him feeling ill and a few pounds heavier. He learned a very valuable lesson from his setback though, “eating crappy food is not a reward–it’s a punishment.”
