Audrina Patridge has always had a nice body but since shooting to stardom on the MTV reality hit “The Hills” she has slimmed down even more. She shares her typical diet and exercise program with us.

Audrina prefers to eat what she wants but exercises strict portion control. She does tend to avoid or stick to a low carb diet. She also tends to stay away from meat but likes to eat a lot of fish and organic foods. A typical day for Audrina consists of whole wheat toast with peanut butter for breakfast, a protein shake for lunch and fish with veggies for dinner. She sticks with apples or almonds for snacks.

As for her exercise plan, Audrina works out six to seven days a week and uses a personal trainer at times. She alternates between circuit and strength training like lunges, squats, push ups and free weights and cardio work like swimming, hiking and running. She tends to split her training half and half between the strength and cardio training.

Courtney Cox is now 44 years old but still has the body of a twenty something. How does she keep her 5′5″ frame at 110 pounds? Well, she exercises 5 days a week and found the right diet that worked for her mind and body.

Courtney tried quite a few diets, including lood Type, Atkins and Carbohydrate Addict. She has settled on the Carbohydrate Addict as it allows her to eat some carbs but on a very strict diet. On the Carbohydrate Addict diet, you can eat foods inclusive of meat, seafood, butter, eggs, cheese and vegetables. You can eat one carb reward meal a day. However, you can’t go overboard on your carb reward meal – balance is key! The carb is utilized in the diet for energy and satisfaction.

A typical day of meals for Courteney Cox goes something like this: For breakfast, she will have scrambled eggs, two strips of lean bacon or pancakes filled with cottage cheese and milk. For lunch she chooses from grilled salmon or stake with steamed veggies or a salad. Dinner may involved roast lamb, veggies or roast potatoes. She allows herself a dessert or fruit for dinner as well. Of equal importance, she avoids soda and ops for tea or black coffee.

Courtney works out five times a week inclusive of cardio and weight training. She also hikes, runs, does Pilates and Budokon. What is Budokon you ask? It is a workout routine created by Cameron Shayne which blends Yoga for toning, martial arts for power and meditation for balance. Shayne describes it as a workout to “create balance and permanent change in the entire system.” They say the workout can burn 900 calories in one session.

The 26 year old Victoria Secret model is in high demand and talks openly about her hectic shooting schedule, saying she works 15 hours a day, six days a week. She says she must stay in shape and eat right in order to keep up with the demands of her day.

Miranda follows the “Blood Type Diet” which involves excluding certain foods depending on your blood type. Miranda is type A, or ‘cultivator’ which emphasizes a diet loaded with fruit and vegetables but low in red meat.

Blood type O are know as Hunters with a meat rich diet.
Blood type B are known as Nomads with dairy rich diets.
Blood type AB are know as the Enigma group who can combine the eating plans of groups A and B.

There has been some controversy over this type of plan since it cuts out whole food groups from your diet.

Additionally, Miranda only eat organic foods, which helps keep toxins to a minimum which in turn helps promote a healthy and fit body. She also takes the Acai Berry Supplement.

Miranda’s exercise program includes frequent yoga but also includes running, pilates, boxing and strength training. Of course, she has a personal trainer to assist with her workout routines. She has apparently also tried a new exercise program called Jukari which is a workout program that includes strength training, cardio, balance and core training. It is a workout that gives the sensation of flying while working out.

Victoria Secret supermodel, Alessandra Ambrosio, has a body we all strive to achieve but seldom get – long, lean and perfectly toned. How is it that this mother of one was able to get her pre-pregnancy body back in less than 4 months and keep it off? Here are her diet and exercise “secrets.”

Alessandra’s exercise program includes doing cardio workouts 4 times a week along, which included a lot of climbing and walking. She also did a lot of resistance training and weight training. She also was introduced to the Brazilian Buttlift program which included a lot of squats and lunges. She also did Yoga on the off days which helps your body become long and lean. Post pregnancy she started working out 2 hours a day and decided to stick with that regimen.

As for her diet, she sticks to eating a lot of salads and eats brown rice instead of white when she needs some carbs. She says she eats whenever she wants but pays very close attention to portion control. She also said she will indulge in a piece of chocolate or have her favorite foods (Japanese, Polish, Thai and Brazilian) but does so sparingly and in strict portion.
