Back on how does Janet knows she’s lost weight? Does Jermaine look at her with a grin more often or something? Nope.
Her clothes tell her so.
She says, “One thing that helps is getting my clothes altered to fit so I can tell when I gain or lose. I used to wear overalls all the time, and my mom said, ‘Baby don’t do that or you won’t know how much you lose.’”
I do know that of all, the best indicator that you lost weight is when you see improvements that your very full-body mirror shows you. Clothes can help a lot, too.
But how did she really lose weight?

Seriously, Janet Jackson has always been admired for her lean frame and toned limbs, but after a recent career slump, she put on a good deal of weight. She was even reported to have an eating disorder.
Soon, however, Janet Jackson found a way to control the disorder, and returned to training. Her rigorous weekly training consists of leg lunges, toe touches, and an upper body workout that flexes her biceps, triceps, and abdominal muscles. She also engages in heavy cardiovascular exercises during her regular training week, and takes on exercises in baseball, tennis, jumping rope, kickboxing, and running.
