My Food Diary’s clean, sleek-looking site is refreshing. As a member, you can easily log in from the home page or get access to the site’s resources with a simple click of a button. There are certain tools you’ll like going back to at MyFoodDiary.com. For one, there’s the His & Hers Body Log wherein you can monitor the results of your weight loss efforts by tracking your body parts and fat percentage. The summary table will let you see how many inches, percentage points and pounds you’ve lost.

There are also weight loss calculators on the site that will let you compute your ideal weight, waist-to-hip ratio and BMI. An advantage of this site is the tool that lets you estimate serving sizes. The Recipe Builder is an innovative piece that lets you know the nutritional content of your meal by simply entering the raw ingredients. That way, you get to track how much of which nutrients you’re getting and ultimately, you’ll learn which recipes are best for your weight loss program.

So if the site is this good, it ought to come with a price tag, right? Exactly. Membership isn’t free. However, for a mere $9 a month, you get access to all these tools, resources, tips and advice.

To improve your chances of getting good results from using My Food Diary, honesty is the best policy in updating your food logs.

Gimme Fitness and Weight Loss Site

Gimme Weight Loss Site

Gimme 2.0 is a personal weight management site that offers you a way to monitor your weight loss through technology and also throw in some accountability on your part.

Like most weight loss sites of its kind, Gimme 2.0 lets you create your own page, build your own plans and use whatever motivators you’ll find on the webpage to effect real weight loss. This is a friendly site to use, allowing you not just to track your weight loss progress but also to post regular updates of your journey to fitness. Its fun features include the weekly top 5 workouts and top 5 exercises.

Like Traineo, Gimme 2.0 works through motivation and makes you feel responsible for what you do (and eat) to lose weight.

The only downside to Gimme 2.0 is that sometimes, it’s a little difficult to find your own homepage. You literally have to search the site for your personal page, since you’ll only find the link if you scroll down. You then have to click on the tabs to link to your Fitness or Workout page, which is a little weird, since they are exactly the same. Actually, they ARE the same page. That’s really minor, though but if you prefer smooth and fast operation, you might not always get it. However, when it comes to content, you’ll love this site.
