Reality star, Kourtney Kardashian reports that she has lost a total of 45 pounds since giving birth to her son in December. Kardashian eats small nutritious meals often. She also tries to make it to the gym with her sisters weekly. During a recent interview, Kardashian disclosed that she had gotten to 140 pounds and has lost down to 95 pounds.
A typical day may include Oatmeal with honey, greek yogurt for snack, salad with grapefruit and chicks with green tea, for afternoon snack a QuickTrim shake. Then a scrambled egg and wheat bread and a gingerbread cookie.
