Sure, the American Council Exercise says that spot training your abs may not be the best solution to get those washboard abs. But spot training other parts of your body may help you get rid of those flabs IF you couple it with a low-calorie diet and yes, exercising consistently.
If you have gained some weight and your face have shown it through gaining another chin, don’t fret.
If you need to get rid of a flabby chin, or a double chin, all you need is a little time, as well as spot exercises. This means you can simply sit in your office or at home, spend some time stretching, and not have to use gadgets or tools to do your exercise.
Start by standing comfortably. Bow your head to your chest, and then raise it gradually, tilting it as far back as you can without straining your neck muscles. As you do this, tightly shut your mouth to stretch your neck muscles. Slowly return your head to its normal position. Because this is a bit straining, you can start the exercise twice or thrice a day before bringing your count to ten.
In the same position, try sticking your tongue out as far as you can, or raising your lower lip up to your nose as far as possible. Perform either of these exercises gradually, hold the position, and then relax. Repeat these exercises about ten times a day.
If you do these exercises regularly, you can trim down your double chin. You can do them while waiting for that print job to finish, or for your computer to start up at the start of your day. Help out your chin by applying moisturizer nightly: massage the moisturizer gently into your skin, and remember to stroke the skin upwards toward your face in order to keep the skin and muscles supple.
