Audrina Patridge Diet and Exercise Program

Audrina Patridge Diet and Exercise Program

Audrina Patridge has always had a nice body but since shooting to stardom on the MTV reality hit “The Hills” she has slimmed down even more. She shares her typical diet and exercise program with us.

Audrina prefers to eat what she wants but exercises strict portion control. She does tend to avoid or stick to a low carb diet. She also tends to stay away from meat but likes to eat a lot of fish and organic foods. A typical day for Audrina consists of whole wheat toast with peanut butter for breakfast, a protein shake for lunch and fish with veggies for dinner. She sticks with apples or almonds for snacks.

As for her exercise plan, Audrina works out six to seven days a week and uses a personal trainer at times. She alternates between circuit and strength training like lunges, squats, push ups and free weights and cardio work like swimming, hiking and running. She tends to split her training half and half between the strength and cardio training.

Kelly Osbourne’s Weight Loss Tips

Kelly Osbourne’s Weight Loss Tips

Kelly Osbourne has struggled with her weight for as long as she can remember. She has tried a number of extreme weight loss diets that never gave her lasting results. However, since appearing on Dancing With the Stars, Kelly Osbourne has shed 40 pounds and kept if off even after the season ended (where she placed third). Kelly credits her professional partner, Louis van Amstel, for the initial weight loss she experienced as he had her dancing 6 hours a day. However, after the season ended, she continued a regular exercise routine and cut back on soda and processed foods.

Osbourne swears by the Bar Fitness Training Method (which is a class filled with ballet, yoga and pilates routine), which she does an hour a day, 3 days a week. If she can’t make the class, she hikes with her mom and a fitness trainer who also has her doing push ups and sit ups. As for her diet routine? She cut back on soda and chips. She even recommended ditching your microwave, saying, “It’s the easiest thing to chuck some three-minute meal in. If you don’t have one, you’ll pick up something fresh.” A typical day consists of an egg white omelet with turkey bacon for breakfast, chopped salad (inclusive of tomatoes, salami, mozzerella and garbanzo beans) for lunch and a turkey burger with steamed veggies for dinner. Snacks include sugar free Jell-O or rice cakes. She also has a sugar and carb-free snack before bed time (like an apple) as part of her weight loss program which is to help keep her metabolism going.
