Then, you’ll need to indicate your goals in terms of target weight and period. Once that’s done, you can browse the available resources and services online.

The links to different services are easily identifiable. The My Workout link, for example, leads you to a page where you can track your workouts and monitor how many calories you’ve lost depending on the type of your activity and duration. The qualifying factors, such as the list of activities (which are pre-set, by the way), are not really customizable but you’ll need a separate application to help you count your calories. As of now, the site cannot calculate the number of calories in your food based on how much and what you’ve eaten.

Traineo also lets you work with your own motivators, although in order for your weight loss program to really work, you’ll need to include accurate (and honest) information about yourself. If you’re a little shy, you might not be able to maximize what your motivators can offer.
